Neymar has shown off his new dreadlocks haircut. The injured Paris Saint-Germain star is currently sidelined with a foot problem. He has undergone surgery on the troublesome toe.
And Neymar has decided to kill some time by getting his barnet done.
The Brazilian, 26, posted a picture on Instagram showcasing his new locks.
Neymar was surrounded by three other men as they all posed for his picture.

The former Barcelona ace is known for his short hair which is sometimes dyed blonde.

The couple's wedding Fatiha holds in Kano today, March 16 2018 and as expected, the ceremony was a beautiful one with the bride looking like an angel.

She got married to the son of the former inspector general of police of the federal republic of Nigeria MOHAMMED DIKKO ABUBAKAR

The President was in attendance but the vice president who also had an engagement ceremony for his daughter yesterday was not able to attend.

Surfwella To Bring Free Internet Access To Nigerian Universities

Internet access in schools is an indispensable tool required for the learning process. This is why most schools provide internet access for their students either for free or through a subscription plan. But the quality of the internet services in these schools is either unstable or too slow for practical use. This is why many other private service providers have tried to improve this; and the latest of this bunch is Surfwella(nice name too tho). 



Surfwella comes with a different approach in that their services are supposedly free (i.e no payment, subscription plan etc), but that makes me a little skeptical, I mean c’mon free internet access for Nigerian schools? Surfwella has to be paying for these services somehow. This makes me think there is some kind of catch, ads maybe? But, I may very well be wrong. As Olusola Bankole; Surfwella’s Chief Marketing officer puts it:

It’s our own form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). It is all about empowering the students to be globally competitive, and access to free Internet is the best way to empower the budding on-coming Generation-Z.

So, let’s take him at his word and see how this scheme will pan out. Surfwella plans to start out in University of Abuja before moving to Lagos State University (LASU), College of Agric, Lafiaji, and UNILAG. 

The awesome thing is that this service isn’t limited to just Nigerian Universities. According to their website, you can browse for free in Lagos if you are a registered user and happen know the location of any of their hotspots(which are not listed BTW). You can sign up for Surfwella here.

The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has refuted widespread media reports that it has banned five Nigerian songs having tagged them as “Not to be Broadcasted.”

Recall that on Tuesday, the Commission released a list, saying it has banned the five songs from being aired across the Nigerian airwaves.

The songs, reportedly banned by NBC are Olamide‘s “Wo” and “Wavy Level“; Davido‘s “Fall” and “If (Remix)“; and 9ice’s “Living Things.”
In a sit down chat with SIGNAL on Tuesday, Mrs. Maimuna Jimada, the NBC’s Head of Public Affairs said she was not aware of any such list emanating from the NBC.

“First of all, the NBC does not ban songs. We only insist that broadcasters exercise a sense of responsibility in the kind of content they allow to go on air. So even if the NBC has placed such a restriction on any of these songs, it does not constitute a ban.

They can still be played at nightclubs, streamed on the Internet, played at home and on people’s mobile devices. But I am not aware of the NBC releasing any list banning or putting a restriction on any of those five songs. It is also possible that one of our regional offices advised stations under their jurisdiction about these songs and it is now being misinterpreted as a ban.

Mrs. Jimada said;

“If you look at the report, you would know there was something fishy about it because the NBC is the National Broadcasting Commission and not a “Corporation” as being reported by the media outlets disseminating the news.”

Before we go to the story, is 22 not too young to be writing an autobiography, especially about success? Shouldn't you give yourself time to grow and achieve more? Anyway, to the story. 

Olayode Juliana, popularly known as 'Toyo Baby' from Funke Akindele-Bello's popular Television comic series, Jenifa's Diaries, has released her auobiography - 'Rebirth From Grass to Grace', and she spilled good, bad and ugly secrets from her life.

Juliana, who turned 22-years-old back in June 2017, revealed that she lost her virginity when she was 17-year-old to her married music teacher, who brainwashed her with the promise of marriage. The actress said it happened in a cheap hotel room and was a painful experience. She shed tears during the encounter and he kept pleading with her to lower her voice in order not to attract unwanted attraction. The deed indeed happened, and she became even more emotional after finding out later on that she didn't bleed when she was deflowered. 

Going further, Juliana revealed that her pastor also sexually abused her. This happened in the Church office after he claimed God informed him that she needed a spiritual bath in his office, which he described as a place that had been supernaturally made a spiritual bathroom. He anointed her head, and eyes, did the sign of the cross on her chest and wanted to touch her privates. She stopped him and wanted to do it herself. To cut the long story short, she realized what he was planning to do, pulled herself out of the situation and walked away.

'Toyo baby' also revealed that she started menstruating on the 5th of April, 2010 while in Secondary School at Babs Fafunwa Millenium, Ojodu, Lagos, and panicked before someone explained it to her.

Juliana stated in the book that her role in the popular series; Jenifa's Diaries made her popular not rich, and she hustled for ushering jobs just to make ends meet even though the series practically became her life. Sometimes fellow ushers at work with her made jest, wondering why such a popular person was doing the same job as they were. It was however a humiliating experience of not being paid after hard work that made her realize that it was time to stop.
 
Juliana, the head girl in her secondary school, also revealed that even though she passed jamb, she lost her admission to study Mass Communication at the University of Ibadan due to lack of funds to pay for her acceptance fee, tuition and other necessary payments.
