WAY TO STOP AUTOMATIC WINDOWS UPDATE COMPLETELY

Do you experience to much consumption of data when you connect to your pc(with windows OS) to the internet? if yes the main reason might be because windows is automatically installing updates or maybe you have been hacked and data are being sent to the hacker automatically.

In this post i will teach you how to stop automatic windows updates.
follow these steps carefully

But before i proceed i will like to tell you that outdated OS is a kind of a vulnerability to your system

lets get down to the real deal

note!!! for better photo views, read with system or tab or if you don not see the photos very while viewing with a mobile phone, click on eah images for clearer view

firstly
 press win + R a tab will come up ........type this inside services.msc then hit enter

Locate background intelligent transfer service (BIIT).....double click 

then locate "startup  type" ...click the drop down botton and choose "disable"  then click apply, then okay..

next step

 locate "windows update" in the same page you found the BIIT (it is down the page) double click on it...

then locate "startup type" just as above and click the drop botton and click disable, then apply and ok

next step

 leave that page or exit it......then hold win + R and type "gpedit.msc" and hit enter

under computer configuration click administrative template > then locate windows update(scroll down) 

locate configure Automatic update then double click on that, then locate "disable" tick the circle, then click apply and then okay

also locate automatic updates detection frequency double click on it and locate "disable" tick the circle, then click apply and then okay.

next step

press windows button + I together ...settings page will come up ...then click "advance option"  then "update& security windows update, recovery, backup"

click the box under "choose how to update are installed" and choose "never check for updates (not recommended)",  tick the box of "defer upgrades" and untick "give me updates for ......".

click "choose how updates are delivered" click the on botton toggle to off it..

now you are through turning off the windows automatical updates..but also ypu are ot done

now lets see confirm if it has been off..

press windows bottom+ f4 together then click the drop down botton then choose "restart"...after the system has restarted.

connect your system to the internet via hotspot 

now press  ctrl+ shift +esc  then click "performance" then click "wifi and check the readings it should read 0kbs and 0kbs if you are not browsing or downloading anything with your system..

now locate "open resource monitor" then click it then click "network activity" and check the list ..on the list look for "svchost(netsvcs)" they should be like two to three of them..they should also be located down the list ..

hurray your auto update problem is solved..now browse with rest of mind as no hidden data is been consumed...if you do not browse or download with your system,your data will still remain the same.

if this does not work, pls retry the steps the second time and if it still did not work, that means you have been hacked and files are being sent to the hacker anything you connect and the solution to that is to flash your system and install another OS on it....
