The event which has become a yearly activities of the organization which render services in Estate Management, Valuers and General Merchant, did not fail this year as they give their customers, lovers and admirers the opportunity to listen to a classic Islamic scholar.
The chairman Adedas and Company Global Services Limited Alh. (Chief) Dauda Ewenla Adedipe, A philanthropist per excellent, in his welcome speech express delight, for seeing thousands of people who have come from far and near to witness the 2017 Adedas Ramadan Lectures as he promise that the event will not stop, it will continue for decades.
"We have made it part of our yearly obligations to gather people from far and near to listen to good preaching and observe joint prayers to Allah who have been protecting us in all our endeavours." Ewenla concluded.
The guest lecturer Fodilat Sheikh Dr. Suleiman Faruq Onikijipa (Al-MiskeenBillah), who spoke glowingly on Destiny while bringing his preaching from the noble Qur'an and the Hadith of Rosullahi admonish the congregations to withdraw back to Allah who is the master planner of Destiny which have been concluded in the process of pregnancy to birth.
"Destiny is designed by Allah, and only prayers to Allah can also help to reshape a bad destiny but in the course we should accept Allah's choice in our lives as nobody can stop others Destiny as such will amount to trying to challenge Allah who designed the destiny of every man." Dr. Suleiman concluded.
Speaking to NEWSMEN, shortly after the event, the Oba of Itori Oke, HRM, Oba Musiliu Olipede, said the preaching was concise and touching, as he admonish all who have gathered to borrow a clue from what the Dr. Suleiman had said for peaceful coexistence and good neighbourliness. While he congratulates the organizers for a successful event.
The Oni Meiran of Meiran Kingdom in Agbado Oke Odo Lagos state, Oba (Dr.) Samuel Awoyemi Adisa Oroja bares his feeling to have been greatly enriched by the sermon of the guest lecturer, who he referred to as Islamic scholar of great repute.
The first lady of ADEDAS company, Chief Mrs. Oyinlola Adedipe, appreciates members of the public, Royal Fathers, Heads of Unions, High Chiefs who find time out of their busy schedule to attend the epoch making event. While admonishing women to take advantage of the lectures to shape the future of their children. As what a child will be in future is concluded right from pregnancy.
"We mothers must be prayer warriors as the guest lecturer had said, what a child will become is written in the third 41days of pregnancy, so during this period mothers should pray so that our children can have a good destiny." Mrs. Adedipe admonished.
The Chairman Adedas and Company donates one acre of land to Al-Amany Islamic Society, for the propagation of Islam and the receipt was presented to Sheikh Suleiman Faruq Onikijipa Al-MiskeenBillah.
