Ipob sit-at-home directive : owerri, onitsha, anambra, imo shut down but order fails in abia

The sit-at-home directive ordered by Ipob was obeyed in some states but violated by Asia resident as normal commercial activities still takes place in the state..
  Unlike other states like imo,.. Schools were vacant, market were shut down...
Today is a day set aside to honor the biafras but unfortunately, not all biafras state obeyed the order..
